• Frank Batten College of Engineering and Technology will present an Alumni Association Lecture. The inaugural speaker will be Tom Jenkins Jr. '99; "Quality Assurance On-site Engineer, FIGG." The event will take place on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, 12:30 PM, at Ted Constant Convocation Center, Big Blue Room. Reception immediately following.
• Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club. Municipalities will be sharing information about their upcoming events, budgets and priorities at the seminar. "Municipal Contracts - What Does the Future Hold for Design Professionals and the Contracting Community?" Event is hosted by Old Dominion University "Civil and Environmental Engineering Visiting Council."
