ME International Graduate Students Seeking Curricular Practical Training (CPT)

Besides the hiring letter from employer, you need to bring a signed memo to GPD stating:

  1. Your current academic status, including GPA, finished courses in each semester.
  2. Reasons for taking CPT and its duration.
  3. If you have any unfinished degree requirement, specify your future plan to finish it.
  4. If you have any unfinished project, you need to have a signed letter from your advisor to certify that your recent progress in the project is satisfied with the following information:
    1. topic of the project
    2. date started
    3. proposed date fo finish
    4. reasons for delaying and
    5. recent progress in the current semester.
