Dr. Ng joined the MSVE Department in March 2011.  His research interests focus on the general area of transportation modeling and simulation, including:  transportation network modeling, travel time reliability, transportation planning under uncertainty, dynamic traffic assignment (DTA), intelligent transportation systems, sensor location problems, transportation and the environment, and infrastructure management and optimization.
